Due to the number of requests we have received for garages with flat roofs we added a number of garages with flat roofs. The range is limited to garages that are 5m or less in any direction. Garages over 5m in both directions would need steel beams to support the flat roof and have not been included.

With the credit crunch in full swing, we aim to save you more money so we have introduced the "Planning Only Drawings" package that is available for double garages and garages with lofts. The "Planning Only Drawings" package is a cut down drawing package consisting of the floor plans and elevations for the garage. No construction detail or specification is shown.
Getting Planning Permission can sometimes be tricky, particularly for the large garages and the loft garages so we have introduced this new drawing package with a 50% discount. The content of these drawings are suitable for making a planning application but are not suitable for Building Control or constructing from.
Once Planning permission has been obtained then the drawings can be upgraded to full working drawings suitable for Building Control application and for giving to a builder. You don't have to order the full set of working drawings, by using the Upgrade Planning set to Full set option a discount is given on the full set price. The price for the upgrade is 2/3 of the full drawings price. The content of the upgrade package is the same as the full drawing package.
If you are unsure that the Planners will give approval for the garage then ordering the planning only drawings may safe you some expense.

We have increased the number of choices in our custom design garages with the number of garage sizes increased. The incremental sizes have been reduced to .25m in both width and length. We have increased the number of roof pitches available with increments of 2.5 degrees.
We have added a roller shutter option to the custom design garages and also random stone wall as a wall finish.

We have completely redesigned our web site with a complete new range of garage plans. This new range is in response to our customer's requests for a more varied range of designs and finishes. We have improved the graphics on our website so that photo realistic images are provided of the garages.
We have introduced corner stones to the garages as an option
We have also added the planning rules for each part of the country, so that you can determine if you need Planning approval or Building approval.
